These Terms & Conditions govern your use of uuok and all services offered on this platform. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and uuok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uuok website at uuok.cam, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions and any other features or content available through the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security
All registered accounts on uuok are personal to the individual who registered them. The following terms govern the creation and ongoing management of your account.
Your uuok account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your account or any interest in your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the transfer void and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the uuok Platform, including deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and any other supported payment method.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. uuok does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your uuok wallet balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. uuok is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, mobile network congestion or banking system interruptions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. uuok reserves the right to carry out identity and payment method verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method but uuok aims to complete all verified withdrawal requests promptly. uuok reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, KYC compliance or bonus abuse.
All transactions on the uuok Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is processed in a different currency by the payment provider, any resulting exchange rate difference or conversion fee is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
uuok may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions or other incentives to registered account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:
- Bonuses are credited to your account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim repeated bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account closure.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated expiry period will be void. Expired bonus winnings cannot be reinstated.
- uuok reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw any promotion, bonus or free spin offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by the user in good faith.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances are non-cashable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, at which point only the net winnings (not the bonus principal) become withdrawable.
6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

Registered users may apply deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion periods via their account settings. uuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected. Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (for example, at the user's own request or following a cooling-off period), remaining eligible balances will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers
All content on the uuok Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, betting interfaces and visual design elements, is the property of uuok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of uuok.
The uuok Platform and all games and services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uuok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, game outcome, or service on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uuok's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
